GE 2040

High-performance 4 megapixel CCD camera - 15 fps

The 4-megapixel GE2040 is a very high-resolution CCD camera with Gigabit Ethernet output. The GE2040 has a fast frame rate of 15 fps at 2040x2040 resolution. The sensor used in the GE2040 is the high-quality KAI-4021 CCD image sensor from Kodak and provides superior image quality, excellent sensitivity, and low noise. The GigE Vision™ compliant GE2040 works with standard gigabit Ethernet hardware and cable lengths up to 100 meters (300 ft) using conventional Cat-5e network cabling. Available in C-mount or F-mount models.

Applications for the GE2040 include LCD panel inspection, high-resolution industrial inspection, 3-D metrology, general machine vision, public security, military surveillance, traffic imaging (Intelligent Traffic Systems), embedded systems, and OEM applications.
