Illumination

Able to produce fresh, vivid images. High eveness due to illumination from the outer circumference of the ring. Wide area of illumination from the outer diameter. Suitable for measuring the difference in reflectance between target objects.

The Flexible board if formed to the desired shaped and a high-density LED array placed on the substrate. The light is concentrated at the center of the illumination system.

Large and low-angle illumination is perfect for edge detection and embossing printing, damage, etc., on metal surface. Ideal for slightly uneven surfaces and scratches. Optional diffuser plate can be mounted to improve illumination eveness.

LDR-LA

The Flexible board is fixed at the desired angle to illuminate the work piece from a low angle.

Light emiting area covers 180 degrees. Perfectly suited

for glossy or in-pocket inspection. The lighting covers

180 degrees wide angle of direction make it shadow

free when inspecting a component inside carrier

tape pocket. The diffusion arclic allows a uniform light

covering 180 degrees.

LDM

Through the light conduction plate, the object is illuminated from a low
angle by uniform diffuse light.

Best for preventing halo effect. Suitable for coating inspection and burr inspection of molding; soldering inspection and inspection of board parts.

LKR LFR

Lights from the LEDs around the periphery of the light diffusion plate is scattered and reflected within the plate to create diffuse light that illuminates from directly overhead.

Suitable for inspection of dimension and shape of
lead frame. Also best for IC lead for gauging inspection for TSSOP, SOIC, DIP, SC70, SOT and QFP

LFL

Light from the LEDs that are placed at four sights of the light guild, passes through the plate to produce an uniform illumination.

Light emiting area covers 180 degrees. Perfectly suited
for glossy or in-pocket inspection. The lighting covers 180
degrees wide angle of direction make it shadow free when
inspecting a component inside carrier tape pocket. The

LDL-TP
Light from chip LEDs packed into a flat circuit board passes through a
diffusion plate and illuminates the work from behind as silhouette.

Illumination from the coaxial side of a lens via a patial mirror. Suitable to apply on flat object surface with specular or mirror surface, wafer level or dice positioning guiding, or pick and place process applications, cosmetic inspections and etc..

LFV

A half mirror aligns the high intensity, even light from the LED array to the same optical axis as the lens.

Reflection can be controlled by mounting a diffusion plate. Flexible installation to enable a wide range of application. Usable as high intensity surface lighting for crack/exterior inspection of molding, trimming/forming inspection of IC lead, exterior inspection of connector and character inspection of chip part.

LDL

LEDs are arrange at a high-density on a single flat circuit board and the work can be illuminated from any angle as desired.

Proprietary collector optics and light guides for maximum illuminance. Small and lightweight for easy handling. current power source. Suitable for coaxial episcopic lighting and spot lighting. Can be mounted on movable modules.

A specially designed condernser lens and rod lens combine to emit highly uniform, high luminosity condensed light.

Soft, even and diffused lighting on shiny objects. Best for preventing the halo effect. Suitable for inspection for IC character, IC lead inspection within the embossed tape, inspection for IC void and IC orientation identification, NG mark inspection.

FPQ

The object is illuminated from a low angle by uniform diffused light through the light conduction plate.
