Pleora's iPORT TM Vision Connectivity Solutions are centered on its unique iPORT TM IP Engines, which efficiently format imaging data for transport over high-speed Gigabit Ethernet networks. Pleora's iPORT TM IP Engines are based on flexible, high-performance FPGA (field-programmable gate array) technology. They are available in numerous configurations, including small-footprint modules, OEM boards, components, and intellectual property.
All iPORT TM IP Engines are supported by the iPORT TM Software Development Kit (SDK), which resides on a standard PC and allows users to quickly and easily enable third-party applications.
Pleora's solution also includes the iPORT TM High-Performance IP Device Driver and the iPORT TM Universal IP Filter Driver. These PC drivers support demanding applications by transferring data with ultra-high CPU efficiency into PC memory, bypassing the Windows software stack.
